AI Integration & Automation

Add useful AI capabilities to existing applications and business processes without rebuilding everything around AI.

Practical AI, Integrated Into Real Work

We are a software engineering team, not an AI research laboratory. We do not train foundation models or build proprietary language models. What we do is integrate established, commercially available AI capabilities into the systems a business already runs.

Useful AI work is usually more than adding a chatbot to a website. The value tends to come from the plumbing around the model: connecting it to your application data, your documents, your APIs and your existing workflows, then putting the output somewhere it actually gets used.

That means a typical project involves application data, integrations, business rules, permissions and — where the task warrants it — a human checking the result before it goes anywhere important.

What We Integrate

AI Assistants

Context-aware assistants integrated into appropriate business applications or information workflows.

Document & Knowledge Search

Help users locate and work with information across appropriate document or knowledge sources.

Workflow Automation

Combine AI with business rules and integrations to reduce repetitive work.

Data Extraction

Extract structured information from suitable unstructured inputs.

Classification

Assist with categorising information for downstream workflows.

Enquiry Processing

Support routing, summarising or processing incoming business enquiries.

AI Features in Existing Applications

Introduce focused AI capabilities into existing .NET and web applications.

Business Process Automation

Connect AI outputs with defined workflows and business systems.

Where AI Can Be Useful

These are areas where integration tends to pay off. AI is not the right answer to every problem, and we will say so when a conventional rule or a simple integration would do the job more reliably.

  • Searching internal knowledge that is currently hard to find
  • Summarising long documents for a person to act on
  • Extracting structured information from forms or correspondence
  • Assisting internal teams with repetitive lookup work
  • Processing and routing incoming enquiries
  • Generating draft content for human review
  • Adding focused AI functionality to an existing business application

Responsible Implementation

Automation Where It Helps. Human Review Where It Matters.

AI output is probabilistic. It is very good at some tasks and unreliable at others, and the difference matters once a result affects a customer, a payment or a record of fact.

So we scope each use case by its consequences. Low-impact, easily reversible steps can run automatically. Higher-impact workflows get validation rules, permission boundaries, logging of what was produced and when, and a human approval step before anything is committed.

We do not claim perfect accuracy, and we would not recommend automating a process where an occasional wrong answer is unacceptable and undetectable. Deciding what stays under human control is part of the engineering work, not an afterthought.

How It Connects

We work with established AI services accessed over their APIs. The engineering effort sits in the integration, the data access and the workflow around it rather than in the model itself.

Specialist AI Services

This page is the broader view: how practical AI is integrated into applications and workflows. The services below are the detailed family, for when the work is a product, an agent, a conversation, a document flow, search or reporting.

AI Software Development

Copilots, retrieval applications and software that can work with documents and databases.

AI work usually touches the application it lives in and the systems it draws data from.
