Analytics & Reporting
We help teams notice what changed, draft the report they already have to write, and ask questions of business data without handing the decision to a model.
What this is for
Management reporting is often late because the numbers live in several systems and the commentary is written by hand every time. AI is useful here as a drafter and a spotter: it can point at a change, summarise what the figures show, and prepare the report a person still has to read.
It is not a substitute for business judgement. A model can describe a movement. It cannot know whether that movement matters, whether the source is trustworthy, or what the organisation should do next. We build the feature so the person remains the one who accepts the summary.
We also do not invent the figures. If a number is not in the data you give the system, the report must not contain it. Anomaly detection flags a change against that data. It does not create a performance claim.
Surface movements in the data you already collect, in language a manager can read.
Flag a value or a pattern that sits outside the recent range, for a person to inspect.
Assemble the report structure you already use, with the figures pulled from the agreed sources.
A first draft of the commentary, clearly marked as a draft.
A view of what changed in the day-to-day data, not a strategy recommendation.
Bring the agreed sources into one place so the report is not a spreadsheet of exports.
Write the result into the reporting tool or application the team already opens.
Let an authorised user ask a question of the business data and see the query's basis, not only a sentence.
Judgement
A generated paragraph can hide a bad join, a late file or a definition that changed. So the report keeps a path back to the figures, and a person signs off anything that will be circulated as management information.
Natural-language questions are held to the same rule. The user should be able to see which data was used. An answer that cannot show its working is a conversation, not a report.
Connecting those sources is integration work. If a change in the data should also open a task or a review, that trigger belongs with workflow automation, after someone has agreed what is worth acting on.
What the report is for, who reads it, and which decisions it must not make.
Which systems hold the figures, and which definition of each figure is the real one.
Bring those sources together so the draft is not assembled by hand.
Write the summary, and mark anything that looks unusual for a person to check.
Nothing is circulated as fact until the person responsible has accepted it.
The model drafts and points. The figures come from your systems. We do not publish sample metrics, and we do not treat a generated sentence as a result.
Analytics depends on the systems that hold the data, and sometimes on a workflow that acts after a person has looked.

Classification, drafting, routing and workflow steps with a person in the loop where it matters.
Practical AI capabilities and automation inside existing workflows.
No. It can assemble and draft. A person who understands the business still decides what the figures mean.
It must not. A missing source should be visible, not filled in with a plausible figure.
No. We connect to the databases and the reporting tools you already use, where they can be connected. We do not require a named platform.
